Day of Directing
A wedding can be compared to a movie set. You have a producer (whoever is funding the event), the primary stars (the bride and groom), and the supporting cast (the wedding party). You have hired help such as the photographer, videographer and caterer, but who is responsible for facilitating the staging, timing and flow? Who will inform the photographer that the grand entrance is about to happen? Who will make sure the appropriate beverages are ready before the toasts are announced? Who will stage the wedding party and coach them before they are introduced?
When in the planning process many people tend to overlook this important detail and tend to believe the important moments will "just happen" and everyone will know where they need to be at the right time. This line of thinking never yeilds desirable results. Much like the scenes in a movie your special moments need pre-staging, timing and direction.
We believe the testimony from our clients in the video below sums this up beautifully:
~On the day of the wedding they stuck right to the timeline we had talked about and kept us on schedule. This was so essential; on your wedding day you can't be thinking about things like that, you just need people to point you in the right direction and tell you what to do and they were awesome.

*We will coordinate with the other vendors and make sure all of the important people are staged and ready before initiating any activity they are involved in.
*We will make sure everything is running on time.
